Originally established in the 1930s as the tennis section of Stanton Ironworks sports and social club, we changed our name to Ilkeston Tennis Club in 2012 to reflect the move to our new, purpose-built courts within the Rutland Sports Park roughly 400 yards away from Ilkeston Marketplace.

We are one of only two tennis clubs in the whole of the postal district of Ilkeston (the other is our friends a few miles out at Smalley) and offer tennis for all ages and abilities as well as professional coaching.
